With Forest Gardens’ previous land release selling out in just five days, Forest Gardens’ Project Director Andrea Jackson said the new release in Viridian is expected to be just as popular and will appeal to homebuyers looking to build their dream home.
“Located only eight kilometres from the Cairns CBD, Viridian offers some of the best views in Cairns – from the city to the ocean and hinterland.

With only 17 blocks available in this release, ranging in size from 480 square metres to 5,041 square metres those interested must be quick. The offer is only available until 30 September 2008.
